This passage always makes me feel uncomfortable. What those Death Eaters did to the Roberts family is awful. They’re upside down; dizzy, strange bright lights everywhere, and strange hooded men with twisted powers are laughing at their fear. Mrs Roberts being hung upside down and trying to cover herself makes my skin crawl - they don’t know the extent of these peoples powers bu they know that they are completely helpless.

The Death Eaters are not “bad ass”. They are not cool, or sexy, or whatever they appear to in the Warner Brothers film franchise. They are sick, pathetic people. People who torture the innocent for their own twisted amusement. These people are the wizarding equivilent of sex offenders and nazi’s, and so I for one am sickened when I come across people who say how they admire the Death Eaters. You are supporting criminals - who while fictional, are disturbingly similar to so many people in the muggle word - people who change and destroy people, who tear apart families and make people more scared than they’ve every been in their lives - that is not something anyone should want to support or be a part of.
